So it turns out if you land toes first with your foot pointed down and behind you and all your weight over it, it will hurt. Not only will it hurt instantly but will continue to hurt for a while.
I started riding a few days ago after about a week of doing nothing but watching college basketball. GO HEELS. Hopefully my luck with injuries and being unproductive will change and i will actually get some clips for the video.
