A: We get lots of messages like this and usually we never see a video. We do sponsor, but we run a small, tight ship and have a very high standards. We expect any potential team rider to be producing video parts as good or better than our current rider’s latest video parts.
Q: HOW DO I GET EASTERN STICKERS?
A: We don’t have any at the moment. Sorry.
Q: WELL, CAN I GET ANY FREE STUFF?

Q: MY BIKE WAS STOLEN, CAN I HAVE A NEW ONE?
A: Sorry about your bike, but no you may not. Keep a lock on that thing!
Q: WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENCES BETWEEN 4130 CHROMOLY, REGULAR CHROMOLY (CROMO) AND 1020 STEEL?
A:
1020 Steel – slightly heavier frame due to slightly thicker tubing. High-strength drawn / extruded tubing made of recycled steel.
Regular Chromoly – Lighter than 1020 steel but about the same strength. Standard strength welded tubing made of recycled steel + extra metals for added strength. The tubing can be made thinner because of the added strength. The frame comes out
4130 Chromoly – Lighter and stronger than regular chromoly (cromo) and 1020 steel. Made of high-strength drawn / extruded tubing made from highest quality and strength virgin ore.

Q: MY FRAME BENT OR CRACKED. IS IT STILL UNDER WARRANTY?
A: Maybe. It must be inspected by us first. Please read all Warranty Info first. It may answer your questions. Contact us with the details of what happened and the circumstances surrounding the damage to the product. Including photos will speed up the process.

Q: I HAVE AN OLD EASTERN FRAME, HOW DO I GET THE ORIGINAL STICKERS TO REPLACE THE OLD ONES?
A: We don’t have any, nor will we ever again. Sorry.
Q: IS 1020 STEEL GOOD ON A BMX BIKE FRAME?
A: Yes, 1020 steel is excellent for bike frames. 1020 steel means it’s high tensile steel, as in strong! Steel has been the material for the majority of bike frames for over 100 years because of its high strength, ease of repair and low cost.
