[twocol_one]Bicycle Post has been a Greenville, NC staple since 1981. Being in a BMX-rich town like Greenville, they’ve seen it all and have always shown a lot of support for BMX. Eastern pro Josh Perry just started working at the Arlington location a few weeks ago (see his Bike Check at Bicycle Post). With Josh as their latest staff addition on top of the shop’s deep history, it only seemed fitting to make Bicycle Post the first Eastern HOT SHOP. If you’re in Greenville, stop in to support the shop and put Josh to work!

Father and son Ellis & Greg Smith
[/twocol_one] [twocol_one_last]The Smith family (Ellis Smith, Jerry Smith and children) has been opening and running bike shops all over the southeast since the 1970s. Through all of the changes in their long history, it still remains a Smith family run operation with Jerry Smith still at the helm. Their key to success has undoubtedly been their unwavering involvement and commitment in the bike scene. They’ve sponsored countless riders, demos, contests, etc., along with holding an annual biathlon for 26 years straight! Jerry and son Greg Smith supplied us with these classic pics to get your nostalgic goat.[/twocol_one_last][hr]
